CLICKY Now onto Eve's Version ==================== DATE November 9th (SUNDAY) TIME Start Location given @ 17:00 (Eve Time) Race Starts @ 18:00 (Eve time) FEE THERE IS NO FEE (This time) PRIZES 1st - 100 million ISK 2nd - 1 Gistii B-Type MicroWarpDrive (est value 20-30 million isk) Prizes will be updated as they come in from sponsors ==================== The GREAT Rubber Duck race is a ROOKIE ship race. NOOBs to VETs may join. The race will start in a system that will be announced 1 hour before the start of the race. Participants will have that time to motor on over and dock up in the starting station in their rookie ship. Destination will be given 10 minutes BEFORE the start of the race. Race will end in a system with a sprint to secure cans (approx 100-149 km off gate) with book marks inside cans. These bookmarks will have serial numbers to coincide with what prize you win. Prizes will be handed out when players dock up and trade them to me. Race will be AROUND 10 jumps (so as to not eat up ALL your eve time) ==================== Rules 1. Contestant MUST fly the entire route in a rookie ship - No Clone Jumping/Travel - If your ship is destroyed you must dock up immediately in the same system and get into a new noob ship to continue the race. YOU MAY NOT LEAVE THE SYSTEM IN YOUR POD AND CONTINUE. 2. Contestant MAY use ANY MODULE on their Rookie ship 3. Contestant MUST be in 'The Great Rubber Duck Race' Chat for the entire race to be eligible for prizes. 4. Contestants that 'CRASH' during the race are Disqualified and MAY NOT re-enter the race 5. Contestants MAY attack the other participants - CONCORD rules still apply (not a CCP sanctioned event) 6. Race MAY or MAYNOT go through Low Sec/0.0 - UPDATE your clones 7. Contestant is out of race if they get podded ================= NOTE 1. Event will NOT take place if there are less than 10 contestants at show time. 2. This is NOT a scam ... you don't have to pay ANYTHING to participate. 3. I am a credible/dependable player ... have been for 5 years. 4.
